Over the past 15 years Uptown Yoga owner, Jen Chitwood, has traveled the globe spending extensive periods of time in Africa and Asia before ultimately finding her sanctuary on the peaceful island of Bali. Her experiences have shaped her into a passionate leader that loves creating meaningful, eye-opening adventures for others.

She believes travel is a powerful tool for catalyzing personal growth, expanding horizons, and encouraging individuals to break free from their comfort zones. She has woven her love of travel and yoga together to create all of our Uptown Yoga retreats. When traveling with Jen, you can expect a well planned journey, not only into the world around you, but into your Self. Her retreats are designed to be conscious and meaningful, yet light-hearted and fun.
